While reviewing the materials, think critically about how you are integrating the process into each of your own customer interactions. Where is there room for improvement? And remember: it's not just bikes. This process can be applied to service, sales, accessories, anywhere you interface with our customers!

  • What role does curiosity play in the process? How about creativity?
  • How can you use this framework to head off time waster customers?
  • How can you use the guide process to improve interactions with coworkers?
